MyLifts 2.0 ยท Updated 1 November 2026
This policy applies to the rebuilt native MyLifts 2.0 app and this website. Earlier versions may use the previous service and policy.
Your account and training library
Sign in with Apple is required to enter MyLifts 2.0. We store your Apple account identifier, encrypted Apple refresh token and expiring session records to operate sign-in, sync and account deletion. We do not request your name or email from Apple. Your workouts, routines, measurements, notes, supplement log and preferences save locally and sync through Cloudflare Workers to Cloudflare D1 when connected. Your device backup settings may include locally stored data. Logging an existing workout works offline.
Apple Health
Health access is optional. With permission, MyLifts writes completed workouts to Apple Health. You can separately choose to backfill imported workouts. MyLifts can also read available sleep, steps, resting heart rate and heart rate variability to show recovery context. Health permission does not automatically enable sharing with AI. Revoke permissions in Apple Health settings and control Coach sharing inside MyLifts.
Coach and AI processing
Coach requires MyLifts Pro. Before your first cloud Coach request, MyLifts asks permission to send your messages and relevant training context to Cloudflare Workers AI through our Worker and Cloudflare AI Gateway. If you separately enable Health summary sharing, requests can include a summary of available sleep, activity, resting heart rate and HRV. Raw Health samples are not sent. Sharing is off by default. The app limits context to the tools and information needed for the conversation.
Chat is stored locally on your device. MyLifts disables Gateway prompt logging and caching for Coach requests; our application does not store chat or Health summaries in D1. Cloudflare processes request content to generate responses. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it. AI may make mistakes; you review proposed workouts and choose what to save or start.
Subscriptions
Apple processes MyLifts Pro payments. We do not receive payment card details. We verify Apple-signed purchase records and store the product, transaction identifiers, account token, purchase and expiry dates, subscription environment and revocation state to provide access, restore purchases and process subscription updates. Subscription records are linked to your MyLifts account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings. Deleting your MyLifts account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Imports and exports
Workout CSV imports and backups are processed on your device. Imported training joins your synced library. Exported files contain your library; share them only with recipients you choose.
Website and operational data
This website uses no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes network information to serve and protect the website and API. Sign-in rate limits use daily hashed IP identifiers. Application error logs exclude authentication tokens and workout content.
Retention and deletion
Your cloud library remains until you delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes live library, session, entitlement and purchase-link records and revokes the Apple sign-in token. Provider-managed backups may retain previous copies for their configured retention period. Local training remains on your device until you remove it or the app. Signing out alone does not delete cloud data. Apple keeps purchase records under its own policy.
